I am a victim of CyberStalking, Cyber-Bullying, Identity Theft, Tortious Business Interference, CyberSquatting, Defamation, Libel, Slander, Copyright Infringements and Harassment of the worst kind by George Gonzalez, his close friends, and members of the SoCalTrailRiders.org group.

 

Since September, 2007, I have been the subject of ridicule in hundreds of online postings at George Gonzalez’s website, death threats by some of his friends, identity theft, libel and slander among the community, and various other forms of CyberStalking and Defamation.

I have posted this website to expose the criminal acts and business torts committed by George Gonzalez and his friends and to provide resources for other victims of George Gonzalez and his friends. You are not alone!  I have found hundreds of defamatory posts against numerous people and companies on the SoCalTrailRiders.org website.

MANY of the specific details about each incident and other parties involved have been withheld pending future litigation.

Something important for George Gonzalez and other people to know who have used the SoCalTrailRiders.org website to defame my character is this point about defamation in US Law:

Under the current legal regime, you can be sued for anything you say about another person that damages their reputation.

If sued, the onus is on you to prove the truth of your statements; the fact that you genuinely believed them to be true is not good enough. Even truth is not an absolute defense — if the court finds you told the truth but your intent was malicious, you might lose anyway.

Unlike various websites posted by George Gonzalez and his friends, the intent of this website is not to defame the character of George Gonzalez nor any of his friends. Rather, this website is here to reveal facts about their past behavior. It is entirely up to you to decide whether or not you want to do business with George Gonzalez based upon all of the facts you have available.

  • Exposing the Lies

    I did nothing for months in the hopes that George Gonzalez would remove the defamatory postings about me from his website. But he refused and he or one of his friends refuses to give up the domain name markwarrick.net. I am now speaking out in my defense of the outrageous accusations and libelous comments posted at socaltrailriders.org and to expose all of the lies and outright defamation of George Gonzalez and his friends.
